OpenSSL.exe req stuck at Loading 'screen' into random state - done

Silly me...

I trigger "openssl.exe req -key tabsvr.key -out tabsvr.csr"
then my Command Prompt show

for super long time...
when I press my best friend - CTRL-C
it shows "unable to load X509 request"


THEN I realized, I should have put "-new" as the parameter...

too much coffee is not that great.
I still love coffee...
